-Never taking a turn to buy communal items. We once went without hand soap for a couple of weeks because I got tired to always being the one to buy it and decided not to get more when we ran out.

-Not telling me if you have a problem and instead getting all passive-agressive and letting things fester until they become bigger problems in your mind than they really are. I once had some dorm roommates who arranged a mediation session with our RA to present some complaints about how I wasn't doing my part to keep the bathroom clean enough. The thing was, they'd never actually told me they thought I needed to pitch in more. When the RA finished reading their complaints and told me I could give my defense, I explained that no one had spoken directly to me about this before. The RA said I could go back to my room while my roommates stayed with her for a minute. No one ever brought it up again and I like to think the RA told my roommates to just talk to me next time instead of wasting her time.

haha I once lived in a semi-suite-style dorm where myself, my roommate, and six other girls shared one bathroom to which we all had a key (so kind of like regular dorm bathrooms just a bit smaller and other people couldn't access it). A week or so into the semester we got some really nasty, passive-aggressive signs being posted on the walls about how people weren't cleaning up ~exactly the way they wanted us to, and later we wound up with the same kind of RA-mediation thing. Sadly I didn't have a very good RA that year and she just wasn't really into it...
