I bet most people do, but for some they are still relatively vanilla or very common and therefore those people don't think of them as kinks because they think kinky sex always has to involve bondage gear or something. Also, I bet a lot of people have kinks they don't know they have because it's not until an idea occurs to you that you'll realize you find it hot. If nothing has happened to spark the idea, then that hotness goes unrealized.
