And Harry Kim.

B'ellana, Tom, and the Doctor get some, too, but nowhere near as universally as that lot.

This is off-topic, but I just realized that when people refer to "the Doctor" the first thing that comes to my mind is still the emergency medical hologram of the USS Voyager, not the 1000 year old alien in a time-traveling phonebox.
