Yeah seriously, it was a good movie. I was pretty impressed that Merida and her mom solved their problems by talking them out. I feel like that's such a novelty in movies.

It wasn't quite what I was expecting going into the theaters, the trailers were kind of prepping us for some epic adventure tale and we got more of a family drama instead, so I could see why some people might be a little disappointed. Different expectations and all. But the movie was still really good, it was heartfelt, timeless and genuinely funny. My only criticism is that I wish they expanded on the Mor'du story.

Hahaha, yeah. This is why I left the theater disappointed. Not because I didn't like the mom-daughter bonding! Because I did! ... but because the trailers had made me think I was getting an Epic Adventure and that really wasn't anything like the movie was about at all.

I don't know if this is a reference that whooshed over my head or is some glitch only happening to me but the word 'problems' in your second sentence is a link to a page about background checks?

It's a glitch; check your extensions, sometimes you'll get one that sneaks on with a name like "buy source" or whatever, and uninstall it. Other times it's just a glitch.

It wasn't me. Though I've noticed sometimes my browser chooses to link certain words in news articles... so maybe that's what is going on?
