Re: how do I choose a binder?

Try a different model if you can, or combine bras/compression shirts/tight t-shirts with the binder (over or under, whatever works best), and wear baggier shirts over it. Large chests can be a pain to bind, but the last thing you want to do is get something that's too small - you risk injury to yourself doing that.
