Oh I love this sort of stuff.

Baccano! : Episode 1 (I already watched it at least 10 times and still am in love with it), episode 9, episode 13

Denno Coil : episode 7, episode 11, episode 26
(I didn't even choose the beard episode... I feel like I should be ashamed of myself haha)

Neon Genesis Evangelion : episode 9, episode 24, episode 26
(Maybe I would prefer episode 25 instead of 26 since it's also about the other main characters... I'm not sure... but I would want to be able to watch the "Congratulations" scene again and again.)

Doctor Who : Midnight, Turn Left, Vincent and the Doctor
(This was really hard to choose, there are so many episodes !)
