How could you tell the difference? SJWs' heads are always exploding. All you have to do is mention "potato" and boom! explosions.

(Anonymous) 2013-01-29 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
Do I want to know what's wrong with potatoes now?

(Anonymous) 2013-01-29 02:58 am (UTC)(link)
It's an Irish slur used against the main character of Teen Wolf, but is more commonly associated with the "I can count to potato" meme because the TW fandom largely thinks Scott is an idiot verging on mentally disabled.

This is what I have gleaned, at least.

I always assumed people were calling him a potato because his head is shaped weird.

(Anonymous) 2013-01-29 02:59 am (UTC)(link)
It's an ablist slur because some meme somewhere used the word and now it's evil in all contexts all the time! And you should be ashamed that you didn't psychically realize this, because omg it's so obvious!

IT'S NOT MY JOB TO EDUCATE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it's hilarious that you're here mocking these types of SJW hysterics like you didn't do the very same shit on lj until your obnoxious faux ally attitude pissed everyone off

Oh look, a SJW. I see you're back to stalking people over F!S. What did she do, call someone an idiot? THE HORROR!

(Anonymous) 2013-01-29 08:33 am (UTC)(link)
More like start a huge shitfit over a picture of a man with lobsters taped to his hands because it was a depiction of animal abuse.

1. Bashing hypocrisy is as much an anti-SJ tactic as an SJ one, if not more so. There is really not enough to go on in that post to determine which side, if any, that commenter is on.

2. Remembering ridiculous or infamous drama isn't stalking. Doubly so if you happened to be there for it.

3. No one here is persecuting you. Take a chill pill and stop projecting your paranoid ideations on everyone else.

"Remembering ridiculous or infamous drama" =/= going out of your way to comment on peoples' innocuous posts with "REMEMBER THAT TERRIBLE THING YOU DID THAT ONE TIME, YOU PIECE OF SHIT?".

And what? What does this post have to do with persecuting me? Did you fail to notice our different usernames?

See, I assumed you picked a completely random word and was about to start making Mr. Potato-head jokes, but then I saw the actual reason and my brain just went "...really? We can't say 'potato' now?"

(Anonymous) 2013-01-29 04:47 pm (UTC)(link)
What else are we supposed to call potatoes now? Root-starch?

Eh, it's probably not a good idea to call another person "potato", especially not someone with Down's syndrome or a learning disability, but that seems to be all. Nobody thinks the word 'potato' needs to be completely removed from language (well, I'm sure there's someone somewhere who thinks so, but good luck finding an opinion held by absolutely nobody).
