The guy standing is Benedict Cumberbatch, but that's about all I know.

Really? Damn, I completely missed that. He looks so different here than he usually does... so much more (trying to find a way to say "normal" that people won't take exception to) average-actor-ish? Not sure if it's the angle or lighting or what, but it works for him.
