It might be one of those uncanny valley things. Like the lips are too thin and the mouth doesn't really make the shapes it should when talking.

I don't think anything in 3D animation bugged me more than Rapunzel's eyes.

Rapunzel's eyes drive me SO CRAZY. I think they bother me more than this mouth thing.

Her eyes really bothered me too.

It's not so much the size of her eyes but how much WHITE like omg it made her look constantly boogie-eyed instead of like soft and pretty omg no no no no no
