I don't know if this will actually help you, but it helped me!

1. Keep track of how much you work vs. how much "down time" you have. Whenever you feel guilty, check the numbers, and remember that you're doing far more work then down time. (Also, sleeping isn't "down time" it's "necessary personal time" as it is required in order for you to function.)

2. "Schedule" your down time. Not like, to the minute, but get a little day planner, and mark out your blocks of free time.
