Massage oils are generally...oil-based, as far as I can tell, and that's going to eat the latex. I'm sure there are some out there that can be used on condoms, but you may have to go to a specialty shop to find one that'll work.

BF has informed me that (he's pretty sure) it's less that there's oils that work with condoms and more that there are condoms that work with oils - silicone condoms in particular. They're not quite as elastic though, so there's a chance that your boyfriend might not be comfortable with them.

We actually use the silicone lube that we get (Wet Platinum brand) as a massage oil.
