I so fucking agree. And, maybe it's me, but even when I played a dark side SW, I absolutely loved Vette and she became the bestie to my Warrior. She's the same on my LS Sith now.

but that option is just...ugh. ESPECIALLY since we don;t have a MALE option in the game to do that to. In fact, even random quest NPCs who end up with shock collars...most are female with the exception of few males.

It's disturbing.

I love this game, but some of the decisions and shit in this game is very anti-fem.

And don't get me started on all the apprentices/padawans...B/

It doesn't help I've seen a lot of hate directed toward the more 'outspoken' female characters such as Vette, Kailyo and Risha which seems to be along the lines of 'Ugh the game made women who are really stubborn and don't automatically bend over backwards for our character's they're such bitches and they're not even hot enough'

It reminds me of all the hate that gets directed to Isabella in DA 2.

It's in the minority but still.

I've had to sideye some stuff in the game, as usually Bioware is pretty good at treating women/men the same in games.

Never played DA. ^^;;

But yeah. I've seen the hate as well for Risha and Kaliyo. I don't like Kaliyo, but that's mainly because she just doesn't jive with my fem!Agent, you know, being an anarchist and all to my straight laced agent.

And Risha's another favorite (who i WISH i could fucking romance. i fucking HATE Corso and creepy possessive tendencies and his not taking no for a fucking answer and his extreme jealousy, regardless of a romance initiated or not, down the line. fuck him with a baseball bat).

Back on tangent, I love Risha. She's snarky, jives very well with my Smuggler who's into the credits and shit.

But yeah. I haven't seen nearly as much hate for anyone else as those three.
