Those games have god-tier character designs, everyone is so expressive. I actually got interested in the series because I saw people with icons of it way back and I liked the designs. :o

Well, that's fair enough, I think. The book being adapted from is a fundamentally different order of thing from the Hobbit to Lord of the Rings, and I'd say more likely to be improved by adaptation. Hobbit isn't as good as Lord of the Rings -> adaptation is more successful.

(not an insult to The Hobbit, either, it's a really enjoyable book that I like a lot)

It is somewhat quiet and I'm only 'new' there (since just before mid-Samurai) but I feel hopeful it'll get more active one day.

I wasn't around back then but everyone there now are very nice.

I, for one, would be intimidated to try. The writers of BB are awesome and I'm so absorbed in seeing what actually happens, I can't with the fanfic yet. The reality is still too intense. Maybe once the show is over?

His eyes are a nice shade of blue. I can't tell if his hair is naturally blond or not, though.

Shame about his name, though. Every time I see "Troy" used as a name, I just wonder, "Why did someone name their kid after a no-longer-existing city?"
