Is Thumbprint new? I haven't heard of it.

I'm going to warn you though, as someone who really liked Hill's Heart-Shaped Box, I really disliked Horns. It started off well but then just went downhill...I don't think I finished it.

I don't think I got far enough into Heart-shaped Box to really get into the story, so I don't think I'll really be able to compare them! I'm just a couple of pages into Horns, but so far I like the style. We'll see... :)

Amazon tells me Thumbprint was published in 2008. It's a short story though, and I'm not sure how it was published on paper since I personally bought it for my Kindle. The reviews for it are pretty good so I think I may have to reread it eventually, but I think my main problem with it was really the ending. If you've read Stephen King's Cell... it's that kind of ending (which is a bit weird because Cell's ending didn't enraged me half as much!).
