I was wondering the same thing, that dub was just a horrible, hot mess.

... I'm English. I think the accents are very well done, especially Madame Red's.

The dub is really different than the sub, but it's not technically bad. It's only bad if "closeness to the sub" is part of the criteria. (Totally valid criteria btw, just not one everyone cares about.)
