Then there's the fact that ... well ... Let's just say that from what I recall of the manga, the British characters of Black Butler are about as British as the characters in Hellsing, or about as British as the American characters in FAKE are American. There are shinigami and a Bureaucracy of the Afterlife, IIRC. The plot may take place in Britain, but everything else is so Japanese there might as well be a watermark saying MADE IN JAPAN in the corner of the screen. ;) So at least for me, the language wouldn't make much of a difference there.
(Although with the Hellsing anime, an actual British English dub might be an improvement even for a sub-fan like me, considering how much gratuitous English there was in the original Japanese version.)
