Choose Skyrim was the most open-ended sort of roleplaying. You can't define your character a lot or form relationships, but she won't be bound by character perimeters for the most part.
Choose Mass Effect for pretty determined roleplaying. It'll be more like a personal variation of yourself as a space marine as opposed, but you'll have a lot of relationship and personal choices to make.
Choose Dragon Age: Origins for a mix between the two. A lot more varied in roleplaying options, but still plenty of relationships and choices to be had.
