ITA. I wish people put all their comments in notes, rather than in their tags. Tagging is good for organizing your blog posts and contributing to specific tags, but why would you put comments in there? Putting comments in notes gets them out to a wider audience and is easier to see. Not to mention it makes it easier to facilitate discussion. Especially since many tumblr themes require you to click on individual posts to show notes, which is always a hassle.

I also enjoy clicking on comments left on notes and checking out blogs that way. I knew I wasn't the only one.

Not to mention tag scrolling is still broken, so you have to click on an individual post to see all the tags even from your dash. =/
