The New 52. Except for Batwoman and Animal Man (they're pretty good). The rest of that godawful reboot can go fuck itself.

I ignore Flashpoint and pretend the New 52 is an alternate universe. The old DCU is still out there nice and intact, as far as I'm concerned :)

This. I've really been liking Batman and Batwoman but the things I like about them have nothing to do with the reboot and the same stories could have been told pre-reboot.

I really, really miss Stephanie Brown, Cass Cain, and the Red Robin book.

Yeah, I fucking love the Animal Man comic... because it doesn't FEEL like it's been rebooted. It's taken a horror turn, but it still feels like the old Animal Man we know and love anyway. It works.

But yeah, the rest of the new 52 can just GTFO already. Especially this person who pretends he's the Phantom Stranger. >:( likesrsly guys you have no idea how horribly irrationally bitter I am about them ruining him; he's not only one of my favorite comic characters, he's probably my favorite character in all fiction.

Also, I hate that they've changed Babs back to Batgirl. I never liked her as Batgirl; I thought she worked a million times better as Oracle. (I just liked having a super-librarian working in comics!)

The only thing I like about 52 is Jason Todd and Tim Drake being bros (and apparently someone in DC ships them) even though it's at the expense of Dick. I don't mind that, he was an asshole when Damian turned up (why the hell did Damian not disappear with reboot when so many other more interesting kids did I'll never understand).
