I'm in boats on this issue. Yes, it is nice to see the nice comments to your posts, and see what people have to say about things, have conversations etc. But on the other hand, I find myself deleting people's annoying comments and gifs from posts I reblog because half the time it's just inane crap that I don't care about. One person I follow puts a comment in bold on nearly every single post she reblogs which can get really old, really fast. So, it's a fine line between insightful comments and stupid fangirl vomit.
