This frustrates me - it's as if most people on Tumblr can't comprehend a system wherein they put relevant comments that contribute to discussion in the notes, and keep the pointless "THIS!" and "FEELSSSS" stuff in the tags. It doesn't have to be either/or. And this whole business of writing whole paragraphs' worth of commentary in the tags is bullshit; if you have coherent thoughts about something then just share them - people who reblog it can just delete it if they want.

I like Tumblr but the whole "THESE ARE THE RULES OF TUMBLR" mentality makes me want to pull my hair out.
