Yeah, it's starting to really bother me the way they're handling it, and I have no idea where they're going with it. I mean, everyone refers to Troy and Abed as each other's boyfriend constantly and neither corrects them, and Abed obviously comes first for Troy, even before his supposed "girlfriend". And the whole Toby thing genuinely came across as if Britta and Troy were friends and Troy and Abed were the ones in the relationship. Like you said, Troy and Abed are clearly supposed to be soulmates (and there was the whole glue picture thing and Troy said it just didn't feel right doing it with Britta)and the show wants to have their cake and eat it too, by portraying Abed/Troy/Bitta as a legimitate love triangle, but I can't see them ever actually going there with Troy/Abed, so I'm not sure what the point is. I've always thought the Troy/Abed was the pairing that was closest to canon without anyone explicitly stating it that I've ever seen, and I agree with you that I can't see either of them in a (successful) relationship with anyone else, so I wish they'd just go ahead and put them together and end all this Troy/Britta stuff, and but unfortunately I just don't think they will (although I'd love to be wrong about that, obviously!)

And I'm probably not even making sense, because this pairing makes it hard for me to think properly, but yes. I totally agree with you!
