You have a few options, depending on where you are in the world, and/or what legislation your school falls under:

1. If no one in the school / at the school believes you, it's time to go to the School Board.

2. If the people on the Board are the ones who are railroading you, AND you are in a collective bargaining position (which you may or may not be, I didn't see the original thread, sorry), then it's time to talk to your shop steward / union leader. (Go to the union leader if the shop steward is also one of the ones railroading you.)

3. If you are NOT in a collective bargaining position (if you don't know what that is, you aren't), and you can't get anyone on the Board onside with you, then it's time to go to the Ministry of Education.

This all assumes your school is located in an area with both accreditation and/or state-sponsored education. If you're not, I'm not sure what else to tell you, tbqh.

sa I just reread and saw that you're worried about being fired --- I can't emphasize this enough, that if you are in a collective bargaining position (if you pay union dues), you absolutely have recourse to not losing your job over this unfair situation. Experiences like yours may not excuse all the problems inherent with collective bargaining, but the reason it exists is precisely for situations like the one you've outlined.

Talk to your shop steward, OP. If you can't get satisfaction from him/her, go directly to the union and open a grievance. They have to hear you, this is what the union dues they ding you for out of every pay goes towards supporting.

TALK TO THE UNION.

Out of curiosity, what happens if the abusive teacher has already talked to the union?

op here. I am not a member of a union :\ I don't know if there even is one for us actually? Unions don't seem to be common in Texas...

Texas is an at-will state, so unions are very, very uncommon here. I've heard of them, it's just not very often.

All of this is excellent advice.

Keep going up, as high as you have to go, to get justice. Especially for the kids who have to deal with that horrible person.

And holy shit, OP, I am so sorry you're having to deal with this. That woman sounds like a psycho, she should never be allowed to teach ever again.
