I tried an Oreo truffle recipe a little bit ago. It was really good, but I'm a fan of cream cheese, so /yeah.

this one's pretty close to my mum's standard one (that i've made as well, just not enough to know the recipe off by heart). You can't really go wrong with it, as long you let it rise and remember it'll more likely get thicker than thinner when you cook it, so roll it out well.
