Well, it's only 11 AM so far, heh. But my to-do list includes making sweet treats (and homemade Nutella!) and wrapping my Mum's birthday present. Most interesting thing, I think, will be seeing if the Vitamix can TRULY handle making nut butters...

I got in my car to go to work and I just knew my house would catch fire (I don't know why I "knew" this, there was nothing wrong, nothing happened, nothing even gave me the idea this would happen) so I went back inside and unplugged everything.

why do you do this to me, brain. ;;;;;

(but I started a new game of FFXIII so that's cool. while the paradigm shift is my favorite of the FF combat systems, the early game battle is SO BORING OMG)

I've been sick. Which means I not only am not at work on my favorite day to be at work, but I'm not even enjoying being home, because I've pretty much been sleeping for 8 hours.

And I thought Tylenol was a 4-6 hour drug, but my bottle only says 6. And while it did OK against my dinky fever, it did jack all for this enormous headache. Fortunately, I'm due for round two, but should probably eat something first.

Cold weather's making my knees hurt but I exercised anyway so I feel like crap, but in a good way.

I tried my hand at making non-bourbon bourbon chicken and rice. (Just go with it.)

Turned out pretty good. I love it when I try a recipe for the first time and it turns out yummy.

after my friend cancelled on our plan to go eat together in the morning, i went alone to campus, didn't go out in the evening, but rather spent the whole day playing sims ugh

It's my spring break and I was going to go to work, but the weather is disgusting and my job has me going outside a lot, so my boss told me to play hooky and that's exactly what I did. Not really interesting, but it was a good day. I started working on my Angua cosplay - I've never made armor before, so I'm trying my hand at making a breastplate.

I got my hair cut for the first time in well over a year. It's the most ~adventurous I've ever gotten (lol, just some layers and the liberal use of thinning shears) and I actually like the way it came out.

People like my first fanfic attempt *_* i treasure all three anons eeeiii

I showered, did three loads of laundry, and left my bedroom multiple times when my flatmate's hot stoner mates were over (not to perve, I'm just usually too intimidated, so it's an accomplishment).

I'm sick. I haven't been sick in a long time. I went to the doctor and she gave me a prescription, but I think I'm starting to get sicker.

Got hired for my first job in over a year. Feeling kinda ambiguous about.

Well it's only 8.30 in the am here. My dad just promised to get me a new laptop though! On the other hand, I am desperately sick today. My asthma's been working up again. Breathing hurts and nothing seems able to take my mind off it :/

I had a pretty good day. I woke up late, I had a healthy lunch, got a nice card from my family congratulating me on my engagement, I've worked hard on my silly Homestuck fanfic all day (I got a really nice review on it late last night!), and I just had a healthy dinner, too. And now I'm sitting on the comfy couch watching a cool mystery show with my fiance!

A very good day indeed.

Nothing much interesting happened aside from the mail, though. I really like getting snail-mail.

i had an okay day. i went to work out, but otherwise got very little done.

Well, today I found out one of my grandmothers is not dead as I thought all my life, but very much alive and wanting to meet me.

It's been an interesting day.

I went to PT. A lady was on her cell in the medical center lobby while I was waiting for the elevator and she loudly gave out her full name, phone number, and credit card number in an echoing public space. The other woman I was waiting with were just looking at each other like O____O

I finished Mass Effect and god damn was that story awesome! Now I'm purchasing Mass Effect 2 on Steam hoping the second chapter will be as good as the first one. Yes, good day, ideed.

Well I was having an OK day until now, where I have to listen to my roommates watch The Big Bang Theory. Normally not that bad, but this week they are trying to tackle the hilarious topic of sexism (and possibly feminism? Either way it's awful.)

Not really. :( I stayed home sick from work today but I can't miss tomorrow because there's no one to fill in for me, and I'm dreading going in because I feel so horrible.

I went on a date with my best friend's boyfriend.

and it looks fantastic!
