2) He IS a super genius, but it's a trait most people ignore right now because the moment someone else is smartet than Batman, Batman just becomes obsolete. And DC love their Batman.
3) I... don't know. I never got it, either. Then again, it's better than him being with Wonder Woman.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-08 03:49 pm (UTC)(link)Also, no, it doesn't. Being super smart doesn't mean much other than 'he can calculate numbers really fast' and 'he can solve equasions really fast'. He's still naive, still infallibly good and sees the best in everyone, he's not Batman in that he isn't a trained detective and isn't a crazy paranoid who suspects everyone and plans for people to betray him. And people like you who think he's 'too good' or 'too perfect' to be likeable will exist whether he'd be super smart or not, so that's a nonissue.
Making him an idiot (which happens more often than not) or a jerk just to make him 'interesting' makes him less likeable, if you ask me.
