Depends on what fandom you're in. I haven't really been active in Voyager fandom in years, but I remember the concept of f-preg being quite popular in the J/7 portion, usually with Seven being the one getting knocked up. The usual explanation was that her nanoprobes can do anything. Did see one where it was an Ocarina of Time crossover with the duo taking the place of Link in the story and having a lot of sex. In the end, Seven got pregnant 'cause magic.

Also, I could've sworn I saw a Fang/Vanille f-preg story somewhere a few years ago. Or maybe that was an Ambien dream, I dunno. I had some pretty cracked-out dreams when I first started taking that stuff...
