What is that? And why no carbonated drinks?

I don't know as I have a favorite drink. Hmmm.

Oops! I usually put in the description if I posted any pictures! Whoops.

Anyway, that is air epal asam boi. Basically it's apple juice with pickled and dried plums. Tastes both sour and sweet at the same time!

And as for the carbonated drinks, I figured that if I counted carbonated drinks, then I would be facing with a thread full of nothing but the same words repeated over and over. I want to see the diversity of the world, not everyday carbonated sugar water (well, most of them)!

...why does this delicious-sounding beverage not exist in America oAo

..that's assuming that so many of us would even *have* a carbonated drink AS a favourite drink. You might be surprised.

Mine's probably coffee as far as categories go. As for a TYPE of coffee... uh, I'm partial to macchiatos more than anything else. Caramel usually, but sometimes I can get a marble mocha one depending where I go.

There's a kind of lemonade I used to drink when I lived in Guatemala. It was like a non-alcoholic mojito, prepared with soda. It was very refreshing and delicious 8D

As for hot drinks, I'll drink absolutely everything from chocolate to herbal teas, but I'm a coffee fiend. <3333

Oh, really? Because this drink is actually apple juice with dried and picked plums. I usually dink it if it served around.

I've been addicted to a Japanese sports drink called Aquarius. In theory it's "grapefruit" flavored but it just tastes like Aquarius to me. It's sweet but also very slightly... kind of salty, a little. Which makes sense, because it's an electrolyte drink with salts in it.

oh god why. i always wondered if anybody actually liked this drink.

Uh...probably coffee? Iced coffee. Maybe Frappuccinos. ~~Yes I know this answer isn't exotic, but since I spend most of my time drinking water...that's what you get.~~

I have a fondness for commercial teas, like Arizona Green Tea and Snapple.

I also have a fondness for bitter juices, I guess? I love cranberry juice, though we usually get cran-apple or cran-grape. We did find this awesome grapefruit-tangerine juice that our grocery store carries, though, and it is awesome. How many times can I call a store brand drink "awesome"...

Also: strawberry limeade.

my favourite non-carbonated one is either latte macchiato or fruit juices, especially the ones that are not as sweet. so ... orange, apple/black currant, apple/cherry, etc.

the best drinks are fruit juices + sparkling mineral water, though.

You know, I adore apples and I adore asam boi, but I think air epal asam boi is an acquired taste. I can only ever take a sip at a time, then I won't drink it again for a year.

I like lime juice. My grandmother has a lime tree in her backyard, and there's nothing like fresh lime juice on a hot afternoon.

Ice Coffee, or coconut water. I can't drink hot drinks, it makes me thirty, and that sort of defeats the purpose!

Horchata. It's rice soaked in water, and then blended with toasted cinnamon and sugar. Like a toasty fresco, and it's very similar to the taste of rice milk you can buy in stores.

Also, Rosa de Jamaica

It's this delicious fruity tasting drink made from brewing these tasty flowers, so it's basically an iced tea really. :d

Water, homemade orange juice with plenty of pulp, and Turkish apple tea. I think I drank my body weight in it when we were in Turkey. (That's a lot of tea.)

water, seriously.

but if it's a special occasion, then probably milk tea boba. especially if it's from a really good place that makes its own tea (as opposed to using a mix).
