I can see where you get the first part of this from, even if I don't agree.
But you really start failing at the end there. Someone can know they're gay without actually engaging in sexual activities. I'm really tired of that whole line of thought because it reminds me of the incredibly infuriating "You're not a lesbian, you just haven't found the right guy!" thing. Not to mention that heterosexual individuals never need to "prove it." Gross.

I think we need to start making gays carry identification cards with their sexual status and histories on it, so when I go out to bars to meet some chicks, I know who is a real lesbian and who is faking.

In a society where men's worth is proportionately based on how well they can provide, it's easy for many of them to transit into a homosexual experience if they can just get past the entire "Oh god I'm a fag meaning I'm not a REAL MAN DD:::: I HAVE TO BE INTIMATE WITH ANOTHER MAN THAT DOESNT INVOLVE ME SLAPPING THEIR ASS IN THE LOCKER ROOM AGGHH", but so much of what a woman is depends on her ability to have a family, so much of what we see as girls happens to be about us being taken care of, and it's usually never by a woman (never mind that the first person who usually takes care of us in our lives is a woman).

So society gets so confizzled at a woman who doesn't need a man, or is with another woman who isn't acting 'like a man', or something, and tries to confuse her. And then there is the whole sexual dichotomy thing. Bisexuals are fake and lying. Or confused. Straights are normal. Gays are gay and that's that. A straight girl can have a girl crush on another girl, or 'hero worship/admiration', however a lesbian can never form a close friendship with a man and perhaps feel the same for him. Neither can a gay man for a girl.

ALSO let's totally not forget that homosexuality is about sex. Not about love or emotions or feelings. It's all about how many cocks you take or refuse. I will DOUBT a heterosexual girl REALLY crushed on that guy in the tenth grade because she didn't suck his cock. So I doubt she was really striaght for him. It was probably just intense admiration and her being confused.
