The day after tomorrow, what with tomorrow being a holiday (Easter Monday, anyone? Do most countries not celebrate it?), but hell yes. All the chocolate Easter bunnies, mmh.

Pretty sure the US doesn't observe it specifically, though Spring Break usually falls near Easter.

Either way, even if we did, there are still stores that would be open anyway.

In the US we don't. And the stores wouldn't follow it anyway when there's a chance to makes sales. It's gotten to the point that most stores aren't even close during Easter, itself.
