Who will be raiding the candy aisles of their local markets tomorrow for half off Easter candy?

I hope they don't sell out on all of the marshmallow candy. (Peeps excluded. Marshmallows shouldn't have a chemical after taste. Blech!)

Yessssss. I need all the Cadbury cream eggs. All of them.

Cadbury eggs are pretty much the best thing ever.

They don't sell those here :( they seem so tasty!

They seriously don't make Cadbury Creme Eggs like they used to. THERE USED TO BE REAL NOUGAT AND THE YOLK WAS MADE WITH REAL EGG YOLK I PROMISE YOU I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP. Raaarrrggghhh graaaarrrrgggh.

Now, the filling just tastes the same, and cloying, with a bitter chemical aftertaste. And the chocolate is 85% paraffin, not even real milk chocolate like it used to be.

Thus endeth the rant.

Haha, hell yes. I get a craving for those thing sometimes, you can bet I'm going for them.

Oh, hells yeah. I am all about the creme eggs and minieggs.

I'm going to a winery sale instead, but the discounts are really good for cases.

Need more peeps. I love peeps way more than I should.

I already did. I got a giant chocolate bunny. Glorious.

Reese's peanut butter eggs. They will be mine.

I'll probably see what's left at the Wal-Mart SuperCentre when I go out of town on Tuesday.

I've been putting off going to Walgreens all week just so I'll have an excuse to be there tomorrow when everything's on sale. WHOOPS HOW DID THESE CHOCOLATE BUNNIES SNEAK INTO MY BASKET OH WELL GUESS I'D BETTER BUY THEM NOW.

I will have ALL the chocolate bunnies.

The day after tomorrow, what with tomorrow being a holiday (Easter Monday, anyone? Do most countries not celebrate it?), but hell yes. All the chocolate Easter bunnies, mmh.

Pretty sure the US doesn't observe it specifically, though Spring Break usually falls near Easter.

Either way, even if we did, there are still stores that would be open anyway.

I liiiiiiive for the day after candy holidays. Valentines and Easter and Halloween and Christmas day-after-candy-sales are SO GOOD. I'm going to have to leave a little early so I can stop by the Walgreens next to my work on the way there. At least then I can force my coworkers to eat half my haul so I don't feel like such a giant fat slob, ha ha.

I think I'm pretty set for candy for a while, but I'm considering trying to snag some egg dye kits for next year while they're discounted.

I was thinking about it, but I already got a whole bunch today and probably don't need any more.

/ate way too many sweets last week, also. Bleargh.

I probably have enough chocolate, but if I hit I sale I'll be looking for Lindt/Lindor chocolate. Or Godiva. So good <3

Nah, I'm not holding my breath. I have internship stuff all day Tuesday, and I'm not sure I'll be able to get out to the shops on Wednesday. Plus, there's only a limited amount of stuff I can have, and there's only so many dark chocolate Lindt bunnies you can have before thoroughly getting sick of them... XD;;

I still have some candy stockpiled from Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine's. :P So I may hit Target to see if they have any of the Dove coconut cream eggs left, because those are something I don't have anything remotely similar to, but I'm limiting myself to those.

...Unless there's marked down Lindt or Ghiradelli.

Between my rabbit fixation and my love of chocolate, this is a really dangerous holiday for me. Good thing I'm trying to GAIN weight. Also perhaps a good thing I don't care for Peeps, because Meijer already has boxes of them marked down to $1.

I'm going to try to. Last chance for me to stock up on tropical- and sour-flavored Starburst jellybeans. Mmm jellybeans. Hopefully there are leftovers still in stock.
