ugly, useless, and complicated language

Incorrect on three accounts. German is a base for many other languages, and is not complicated at all to learn. And obviously you're looking at several stereotypes if you think it's ugly.

I'm willing to bet that you're monolingual and have no grasp of the history of language.

Incorrect on three accounts yourself. I know it's a base for many other languages. Many of which sound quite different from it. And I'm not looking at any stereotypes, I just hear people speaking it and feel like my ears are being violently assaulted by horrible noise.

Bully for you, then.
I think German sounds perfectly lovely.

I've always thought it sounds kind of musical, personally. When I went to Berlin for a few days once, I loved hearing people speaking it, even if I could only understand a word here and there.

I adore it, and I love hearing people with German accents speaking English.

German accents are one of my favorite accents ever. They're just so...nice to listen to.

Ahem, you know that English and German are related? English is also a Germanic language and so the languages are very similar.

You're definitely monolingual.
