Bela kind of annoyed me, but Crowley is honestly the worst. I seriously hope they kill him off and give Sam and Dean another Boss to kill because I'm sick of him spewing off these stupid-ass cliche lines and doing the same dumb shit over and over again. He was okay before, but S8 Crowley is the worst.

This is why I said it's different now...I'm not that much of a Crowley fan as of this season anymore.

They've taken him too far from his original characterization, IMO, and also retconned some stuff that doesn't make sense to me in the context of what the King of the Crossroads would have done (demons who get a reputation for welching on deals or leaving out important information would quickly run out of customers! I wasn't impressed when he failed to return Bobby's soul either, for the same reason, and the show actually called attention to the matter in Season 7 when he said "This is Hell. We have a little thing called integrity." Sloppy writing.)

Anyway, I'm not sure I want to see him killed off, but he definitely needs to get out of the Standard-Issue Big Bad rut he's currently in one way or another.

All of this was very well put. I love Mark Sheppard, and thought Crowley was a great character at first, so it's saddened me that I basically hate him now.
