I have no idea what the second scene is from but because of the text on it for a moment I thought it was from The Boy Who Could Fly and I was really excited. I haven't watched that in years but I used to watch it over and over when I was little. That would have been the strangest combination of films to cry over.

But it wasn't. Pointless comment is pretty pointless, sorry.

The second movie is Struck By Lightning, the movie that Chris Colfer from Glee made. It's meant to be witty and sarcastic, but mostly he's a snide asshole for the whole movie and then some sad shit happens to him and something about his grandmother and... yeah, he was such a jerk the whole movie that I kind of stopped caring? So I'm not sure what OP is crying over.
