of rl person or fictional character you find attractive?

Male; short, rather skinny than chubby, not too muscular either; fair skin, short dark hair, dark eyes; glasses.

But I haven't figured out yet if I'm just attracted to that type or if I want to become that type.

Male, intelligent, with a dry sense of humor. I wish I were leaving something out, even something like eye color, but really those are the only things the people I'm attracted to have in common.

Maybe...

my saddest pattern is that I like characters that fandom tends to all seem to agree as being top/dominant when I love them as bottom/sub

Well I used to think so, when I was younger, but now I find that I generally find people more and more attractive the more I get to know them. Like, if I know and like a person well enough, I'll lose the ability to understand why nobody would want to date them, know what I mean?

But I have noticed that none of the people/celebrities that I found attractive from the moment I saw them are American ...

jk though. I have a physical type (really tall guys for one... I'm super short so I think that's biology at work) but it flies out the window once I get to know more about the person in question. Really the only thing that I will still find attractive on a person with a horrible personality is curly hair.

If you've got big loose curls in your hair I'm going to want to run my fingers through them no matter what. Sorry.

anime/manga: the 'generic average japanese dude' type, apparently

I'm attracted to so many types, but I do find myself attracted to the tall, dark and barrel-chested with strong jawlines a lot. It's quite pervasive nowadays! X)

in rl and with characters: people who are aloof or distant at first and emotionally open up relatively slowly, but are very kind and sweet once you get to know them. it makes it so much more rewarding when you attain a level of emotional closeness, since you know it's not something they give to just anyone, you know?

physically, i'm a sucker for people with kind eyes and girls with dark curly hair. for whatever reason.

dark hair, tall, decent pecs (glasses are good but not a must). The first thing is a bigger problem than you'd think when you live in the part of the world with the biggest blond population.

alpha females. sometimes males too.

Really hot people (or aliens, dwarves, elves, etc; I'm open).

Okay, serious: I definitely like blue eyes and blond hair (on either gender), REDHEADS ARE SUPER HOT TOO, and I find glasses irresistible. But my type is still pretty loose because clean shaven or scruffy, lithe or muscle-bound, if you appeal to me you appeal to me. Hair and eye color, height, body type, skin color...none of that is consistent.

TALL AND BIG. Like Tom Welling or Jared Padalecki or John Corbett or Joe Manganiello. That is so, so sexy. I just want to jump and wrap my legs around their legs and have them do wicked things to me. LOL. Well, not them specifically since I rarely fantasize about actors that way, but someone hot with their bodies?

I like my guys on the light side because I love that contrast against my skin (I'm a dark-ish tan). Dark hair, thick eyebrows, a strong jaw and a wide smile... guh. So hot. Add dimples and I'm a goner.

As for personalities... charming! I like guys who are sweet and who have a great sense of humor. Quirkiness is attractive, too.

For me, anyone that's really passionate or intense; I like people that work hard and care a lot about what they do. Indifference is the biggest turn off for me.

I have pretty broad tastes when it comes to women, be they fictional or real. However, I've noticed that I tend to have a thing for bitchy women with numbers for names. Seven of Nine. Number Six. Agent 99. Even fucking Thirteen, from House! That's just shameful!

I also generally gravitate towards tall women who can get things off of high shelves for me (I'm 4'11").

Good cheekbones/fine bone structure, light-coloured eyes, tall.

That's pretty much it. Gender or body type doesn't seem to matter, I've found.
