Re: How do you deal with anxiety or panic?

My anxiety attacks usually come when I'm trying to fall asleep, usually centered on not being able to fall asleep, and I handle them very poorly. I've been able to cut them off lately because I've known clearly that there was zero reason to feel anxious (being at home, in my own bed, with nothing anxiety-inducing the next day) so when I've felt the first twinge I've just told myself, "Nope. No reason, so not gonna do it." Which doesn't work so well if there's not so obviously no reason.
