(Anonymous) 2013-04-29 10:50 am (UTC)(link)My two cents, though: I really couldn't stand Madison as a character. I felt like she was shoehorned in there just to be a fanservice-y love interest for Ethan. Lauren was a FANTASTIC female heroine, complex and genuinely entangled in the drama. But Madison seemed to have no real reason to be involved with the plot other than the fact that ~she's a journalist~. The game would have lost nothing without her.
(And the fact that a sex scene with her is even an option is ridiculous to me, frankly. Everything the game tells us about Ethan makes it clear that he is the kind of man who would not waste a second in the pursuit of his son, and not let a single thing distract him.)
