I can't speak for anyone else, but attraction and arousal are two different things for me. I can really love to look at someone and want to be in contact with them in some way (usually how it works with hot celebrities), but less chaste urges don't kick in until an explicitly sexual situation happens, usually once I've gotten more intimate with them, or once the cameras I've set up around their home catches them in a middle of a fap session.
