That's why I stopped. I only go to fandom for the fic. That's it. Fandom's made up of nothing but killjoy's. Especially nowadays when everyone always complains about and criticizes everything.

Well, where's the fun in that? Though I think fandom should be more conscientious about providing positive squee only spaces, and not sometimes forget that fandom is primarily meant to be fun and about love. Personally, I like critiquing my favourite fiction, and wank & drama, it's still pure escapism, but I know many others really don't.
