I only block ads that use infotracking apis, which is most of them. If an ad isn't pulling any info off my system, then I see it. If it's trying to pull information off my computer, then it gets blocked and and my computer sends out an alert to the webhost that their ad(s) are blocked for trying to access private data. I will never feel bad for protecting my personal information. I think it's dickish that anyone thinks I should give my IP address and web history to advertisers.
