I tend to find when I'm doing lots of exercise, I can eat whatever I like and lots of it without any weight gain.

Don't panic about a few pounds coming back, it probably just means you need to switch up your exercise routine a bit. Try different sports or different machines or classes if you go to the gym.

Most importantly, don't forget to give yourself a day off every week. Exercise should be giving you more energy throughout the day, not less. Don't overdo it.
