Congrats on accomplishing what you wanted! I think I'll give SparkPeople a shot myself, thanks for mentioning it. I was under the impression that one only gains it back wholesale (aside from being inflicted with sudden injury and illness) when one used unsustainable methods to lose it in the first place, like crash diets and intensive exercise routines that would actually do harm if kept up for years on end instead of the few months necessary to lose a certain amount of pounds. That's why dieting and fad exercise might not work long-term, but permanent changes in eating habits and activity do. But anyway, good luck maintaining what's comfortable for you!
