No. I'm sorry about your situation. Really. However. Smoking pollutes the air, sinks into clothing and furniture (it really stinks; you can't fool me by saying you don't smoke and then reek of it), and it kills you and people who don't smoke due to the effects of secondhand smoke. It brings on asthma attacks, etc. There are no pros to smoking. Ever. And yes, it was a factor in my father's death (smoking and heavy alcohol use = throat cancer in his case); my uncle's death (he smoked until the day he died); and the death of a coworker that I actually liked due to exposure to secondhand smoke (he never smoked or drank, but he wanted to be a singer and sang in bars, etc.).

So for everyone who smokes: fuck you and your smoking. You're beyond selfish in giving people around you and yourself cancer and ignoring the emotional impact of it on your loved ones.

Do you like, completely lack the ability to see things from other people's points of view? I have half the empathy I should have for a woman my age and I still can see that you're being a jerk.
