Thing is when I get mad, I stay mad--it takes a long while to blow over and that partly is b/c I also have issues w/my heart rate (SVT--it's a medical condition--it can take forever to get it down and once I had to have my heart stopped and restarted to bring it down (it was around 300 bpm and had been for about 2 hours before I decided to go to the ER (didn't realize it that fast--thought it would stop on it own since it always had before).
