lol zuko looks exactly like ozai, jfc. and if ursa couldn't so much as write letters to people without ozai getting a hand on them, what the hell makes people think she'd be able to sneak out and fuck someone? jfc people are dumb.

No, he doesn't. I'm not a fan of Ikem supposedly being his father in the least, but for crying out loud, Zuko wouldn't be acting like it was possible in the first place if the so-called family resemblance was as strong as you claim. If you were right, his first thought wouldn't be "OH NOES THIS IKEM PERSON IS MY REAL DADDY", as his expression denotes, it would be "THIS ISN'T POSSIBLE BECAUSE I LOOK JUST LIKE OZAI". The latter is clearly NOT what he's thinking. If anyone looks just like Ozai, it's AZULA, which makes the counter-assumption that she isn't Ozai's a load of ostrich-horse crap.

Dude, this is Zuko's reaction immediately after reading the letter. He's not exactly thinking rationally about it.

Zuko does look A LOT like his father. In fact, the writers have said before that Ozai was specifically designed as an older Zuko, and they are drawn very similarly even in the comics.

you clearly haven't dealt with young men who actively hate their father and yet have irrefutable proof they look just like them.

I dated a guy who to this day refuses to believe he is the spitting image of his hated father, even though pictures of his father when he was younger LOOKS JUST LIKE HIM.
