aww thanks!

I got a bunch of wii exercise games from a garage sale last year (and a few other random games, yay garage sales), one of those should have aerobics! :D I just use the basic wii fit one all the time because...it's already in the wii...

That might be an idea, some kind of background noise. I was mostly doing the yoga because it's kinda fun and I could probably use the flexibility XD

It's not a bad idea to do this before really getting into more intense exercise like running or something. It lets you get your muscles limber so hopefully you won't injure yourself as easily as if you'd just jumped straight into running or whatever.

People seem to like the Zombie Run app, which also includes a walking to running app.

I don't have the money, but I really like Dashama (she's on YT also) and I plan on buying this eventually after I do get some money: https://www.udemy.com/30dyc-transformational-30-day-yoga-challenge/?couponCode=icontact

I think I will :D I haven't opened it as I'm now at work. Challenges can be fun :D
