Physically? Squinty little eyes (I don't mean Asian features; I mean like those white dudes who look like they're perpetually gazing directly into the sun,) poorly-proportioned features, any obvious signs of plastic surgery, major overbites, mouths that are always hanging open, big tooth gaps or crooked/yellow/bad teeth, and any kind of nose that leaves me staring into its owner's nostrils. Also musclebound veiny guys and painfully thin women.

Personality-wise, people who are loud and obnoxious, arrogant, self-centered, self-righteous, self-important, authoritarian, greedy, ruthless, overly judgemental, willfully ignorant, and/or mindless zealots (any kind of zealot, it doesn't matter one bit what they're overzealous about.)
