my mum has had the same job as you for a few years now at a couple of different schools and she hates it. stressful days, the teachers are unhelpful assholes, and with one of the kids she's worked with she has actually been physically injured. (bonus-- she really wants to be a teacher but can't find a teaching job where we live.)

I think there are people who relate to you in the same way and I'm sorry you're unhappy with your job. I hope things get better.
