Perhaps talk to your parents about the stage your belongings were left in, and ask if they can speak to your guest about it. If she's their guest then she might not respect you if you confront her.

Also, seconding throwing out the makeup - but first take photos of the state you found them in, so that you've got the evidence it went wrong. Finally, follow the precautions recommended by others.
