That's a great description for tumblr and I think that's why I like it. I'm not comfortable being the center of attention and one-on-one conversations online always stress me out. With tumblr, I feel like I can shout in that crowded room and not worry about keeping the conversation going. Some people will like and/or reblog what I had to say, but it's quickly forgotten leaving me to talk about something else. I feel more confident and encouraged to write more about my fandom thoughts.

It's not for everyone, but it works for me. I hope you can become more comfortable with it one day too!
